- For returns due to manufacturer's defects within one year, we will provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost, including return shipping.
- For general returns within the specified return period, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in unused and original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your product is found to have a manufacturer's defect, we will accept returns or exchanges within one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's defects include issues related to the design, materials, or workmanship of the product.
The following items are non-returnable:

- Custom-built or specially ordered saunas, cold plunges, or accessories.

- b. Once you receive the provided return information, securely package the item in its original packaging.
- c. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturer's defects.
